The process of creating a great logo is a lot of work. When the group forms a consensus around the right one, I want to provide a way to thank the artist for the time and effort involved.

At the next meeting, we'll take another vote to close the logo submission window or extend the submission period to the following meeting.

If we vote to close the submission window, we will then vote for a logo in the current submission pool.

At the meeting where we select a winning logo we'll have a donation box available where people can anonymously donate or not donate whatever amount they choose. Sort of like giving a tip for good service. All the donations collected at that meeting will be given to the artist who created the winning logo.

And, I'll pledge to contribute a minimum $25 personally. Discussion of this incentive idea is invited.
