High Performance <Linux> Computing Day
Description:
Want to use one of the most powerful computing grids available that's completely powered by Linux?
The new combined Phase I and Phase II cluster of the University of Florida High Performance Computing Center is now available for research use. Visit http://www.hpc.ufl.edu to find out more about the cluster and the HPC Center.
Any UF faculty member and their research group are eligible to obtain an account to use the cluster in support of their research. Please send an e-mail request to Dr. Taylor, associate director of the HPC Center,(taylor@hpc.ufl.edu) to request an account.
To assist faculty and researchers in getting informed quickly about the opportunities of using HPC resources, the HPC Center is organizing an HPC Day on April 27, 2006 from 1 pm through
5 pm. Visit HPC Day for details about the program.
Location:
