Updated extension list

I noticed my old post on Firefox and Thunderbird extensions was one of the more popular entries on the site so I went back and updated the Firefox section with some updates on what I still use, don't use any more, as well as a few new ones. Sadly, I'm not using Thunderbird any more though I wish I was. More on that elsewhere. Check out the changes and suggest your own favorite extensions.
