Mark Spencer, Chief Technical Officer, Digium
Mark Spencer founded Linux Support Services in 1999 while still a Computer Engineering student at Auburn University. When Faced with the high cost of buying a PBX, Mark simply used his Linux PC and knowledge of C code to write his own! His major accomplishments are numerous and include the following:

Featured in a Forbes magazine article titled "Dialed D for Disruption" as an Open Source Maverick
Chris Gatch, Chief Technical Officer, Cbeyond
Chris Gatch is the CTO and a founder of Cbeyond (NASDAQ:CBEY), a successful managed services provider. Chris served as an editor of the SIPconnect technical specification published by the SIP Forum. He has also served on the board of the Cisco BTS 10200 Users Group, the Service Provider Board of the International Packet Communications Consortium (IPCC), and he presently serves on the Board of the SIP Forum.
