7:15 - 8:00 Presentation - Multiplayer "thinking games" NinjaBoggle and NinjaSudoku
James "JC" Jones, Martin Smith, and Edward Allcut have been working on the NinjaSoduku project. NinjaSoduku is based on the NinjaBoggle codebase which was created by Mikel Mazlaghani and J.C. Jones.
The basic idea is to create a fun multiplayer "thinking game" with timed competition at LUG meetings. Not everyone at the meeting is going to have a computer or the desire to compete.
So, the other goal is to come up with an "observer client" that provides interest for people who are not playing.
At this meeting, we plan to do a beta test of both games and get feedback about what needs to be improved. At this point, both games are playable.
